Are you a talented Bid Writer / Coordinator with a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail? We are currently seeking a Bid Writer to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, based in East Kilbride.


As a Bid Writer, you will be responsible for carrying out pre-qualification questionnaires and submissions, as well as creatively crafting bids for tenders.

You will need to ensure that all documents produced are visually strong and align with tender/project requirements.

Additionally, you will be involved in bid administration, identifying new business opportunities, and creating content for various platforms including newsletters, websites, case studies, and industry news articles.


In this role, you will also be tasked with managing social media accounts, developing engaging content, and monitoring the success of social media campaigns.

Your insights and recommendations will be crucial in determining the best strategies for future campaigns.


To excel in this position, you will need to have excellent writing skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Experience in bid writing, content creation, and social media management will be highly beneficial.
