    General Manager

    Location: Kings Langley, Hertfordshire

    Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

    Hours: Full-time, on-site

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our streetwear resale business. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving retail environment. This role requires a balance of operational management, problem solving, and team leadership, as well as a genuine interest in streetwear and fashion.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage and streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency across the business.
    • Answer and resolve customer service emails in a timely, professional manner.
    • Problem solve logistical issues around stock, shipping, and fulfilment.
    • Supervise and motivate a small team, creating a productive work environment.
    • Liaise directly with the business owners to implement strategies and updates.
    • Support with pick-and-pack operations, stock handling, and general warehouse duties when needed.

    Requirements (Essential)

    • Ability to commute daily to our Kings Langley office (own car required).
    • Proven problem-solving skills with a practical, can-do attitude.
    • Genuine interest in retail, streetwear, and fashion culture.

    Desirable Skills

    • Customer service experience (email or direct contact).
    • Experience working with clothing, retail stock, or fulfilment.
    • Previous experience managing a small team.
    • Familiarity with warehouse/operations processes.
