We are looking for qualified and trainee coach drivers for our Reading RailAir.
Do you have a PCV licence? Are you looking for a company who can offer you a rewarding career, offering a premium service serving the largest airport?

We are looking for great drivers with excellent customer service skills.


If you join us as a qualified PCV driver with full CPC we will give you a £3,000 bonus - £2000 after successful completion of the required 6 months' probation period and £1000 after successfully completing 52 weeks unbroken employment within business.

You will be earning £13.50 (Mon to Fri), going up to £13.60 per hour after 6 months' probation. Weekend rate is £13.90 per hour, overtime rate is £14.25 per hour. Your working hours will be between 39 and 48 hours per week


For Trainee driver's:

Training rate of £10.23 Per Hour.


Successful trainee applicates will have to attend our Slough Depot for the duration of their time in the training school.

What will you be doing?
Your mission as a coach driver is to go out on the open road.

You'll work on your own initiative and take ownership of your coach on its travels, looking after passenger safety and providing a premium customer experience serving the largest airport.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and gets on well with people. You must be patient, a safe driver, reliable and calm under pressure.

Happy to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends, you should also havea full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
