School Administration Assistant (Ealing)

An outstanding secondary school in Ealing is looking to recruit a passionate and highly organised Administration Assistant to join a friendly and welcoming team.

If you are a school administrator who is looking for a new opportunity, then this might be the right role for you

About the role:

To work as part of a busy school office administration team.
To schedule meetings and liaise with parents, and external agencies.
To be the first point of contact in a school reception.
To deal with facetoface enquiries with staff, parents, and students.
To answer the phone, organise resources, and update records.
Handling sensitive and confidential child protection information.

Requirements:

Available to work 08:30 16:30, Monday to Friday.
Previous administrative experience is needed.
Experience of working in a school office using SIMS.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Outlook, and good knowledge of Excel.
