Salary Scale:
L- L13 + Outer London Weighting

Start date:September 2023-We are seeking to appoint an experienced individual to join this increasingly dynamic and thriving school as Deputy Head. The Deputy Head will play a key role in supporting and helping to shape the strategic direction of the School and in promoting the School's values and reputation in all respects. The Deputy Head will be responsible for ensuring the very best pastoral care is provided for the pupils and act as Lead Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), leading a team of DSL's for the school. Along with the Head of School and the Senior Leadership Team the Deputy Head has responsibility for ensuring the delivery of outstanding academic and pastoral provision and is involved in all areas of school life.
