Talent Compliance and Onboarding Coordinator - London Area

Job summary
This is a hands on, delivery focused role with a strong emphasis on compliance and candidate experience. As Talent Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator you'll take ownership of all pre-employment checks ensuring a fully compliant audit-ready process within a regulated environment.You will act as the main point of contact for new hires combining organisation attention to detail and clear communication to make every candidate feel informed welcomed and supported. You'll manage the onboarding journey from offer to first day working closely with the wider talent team to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
The majority of the role can be completed on remote basis but with expectation attendance in our London office once week ideally Wednesday based business needs.
