The role

We're looking for an experienced growth B2B Marketer with an interest in biotechnology to own the marketing operations and help direct the marketing strategy for Microgenetics, a biotech start-up within the Pharmaxo Group.

Key duties & responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Marketing and Managing Director to set the marketing strategy for Microgenetics products and services.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed in full sourcing support if needed
• Liaise with marketing agencies, in house specialists and freelancers where technical & creative support is needed
• Track spend and ensure it is kept within agreed budget
• Continuously monitor performance of campaigns, A:B testing where possible
• Regularly report on marketing effectiveness
• Work closely with sales to generate and nurture high quality leads
• Plan and organise our attendance at physical and online events throughout the year. Travelling if necessary and possible
• Produce and promote engaging content for prospects at each stage of the buying process
• Manage and update the Microgenetics website content
• Manage the Microgenetics social media accounts
• Develop key stakeholder relationships
• Provide business leaders with market research and insights to support product development
