Personal Lines Insurance; Permanent; Slough, Berkshire/Largely Remote(Hybrid 2 days PER MONTH onsite). £75k - £78k +Bonus +Benefits

Business Intelligence Manager / Data Analytics Manager required by global insurance company with multiple leading brands within the Pet and Home Insurance arena.

Working with data from multiple sources your focus will be Business Intelligence output in the form of Data Visualisation primarily via PowerBI and Alteryx.

You will manage a team of 3 Business Intelligence Analysts and be responsible for governance, processimprovement and ultimately BI / MIS output for the Pet Insurance lines.

As the Business Intelligence Manager / Data Analytics Manager you will liaise with stakeholders in both technical and business teams to understand their requirements, gather information and understand current and future needs.

You will devise BI governanceframeworks and implement both process and procedure as well as BI systems as required by the team and the wider business.

Whilst this is a non-technical, leadership role you will ultimately be responsible for the oversight of collation and the quality assuranceof data for reporting and analysis to provide accurate, timely and actionable business information using a range of systems and software.
