As we enter an exciting new phase of growth within our commercial area, we're searching for an experienced Commercial and Trade Lead who will focus on delivering entrepreneurial and sales oriented business development for the trade and interior design sales channels, developing relationships with interior designers, property developers and other commercial clients to drive revenue, profit and brand visibility.


Working closely with the commercial and product teams, you will be key in unlocking new revenue streams and building brand equity and engagement with new audiences.

You'll have experience within interior design/trade sales, so knowledge and experience of interiors and property is crucial. You'll also have a high level of commercial understanding and strong negotiation skills. You'll also bring a huge passion for design and a working knowledge of the interior design industry.


Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll take ownership of managing our existing commercial partnerships and develop mutually beneficial new relationships and be accountable for:

  • Owning the business development strategy and pipeline for commercial and interior design clients, and reporting back on this to the business
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive trade programme for property developers, architects and interior design clients to support growth
  • Working cross functionally to build budgets and projections for the commercial results of department activities, delivering sales and profit into the business
  • Working with product teams to ensure feedback and key requirements from partners are considered in the product development process
  • Championing and implementing any key digital or sales tools that would support success in the role
  • Negotiating on larger projects with key partners
