Metro Rod are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our team as an administrative assistant.


The role involves:

  • To complete a full range of administration duties as required for the efficient running of the business, including; raising jobs on works management system, liaison with engineers, planning and scheduling of work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the single point of contact between engineers and other staff members and clients
  • Log all new jobs onto relevant systems (including) ensuring all required documentation/reports is up to date and fit for purpose
  • Log all completed quotes onto relevant databases
  • Collate CCTV survey reports and ensure information is delivered to our clients in a timely manner
  • Provide administration support to other office staff

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant is desirable
  • Excellent / Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • High level of verbal and written communications skills
  • Highly literate and numerate
  • Ability to work on an oncall basis covering weekends (this is likely to be 1 in 5) comprehensive training and mentoring will be provided prior to being expected to undertake these duties

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year
