Shakespeare's Globe is currently seeking a
Senior People Advisor to join our
People & Culture team.

This role provides operational expertise and day-to-day advice, guidance and coaching to the organisation and acts as a support to the Strategic People Partner in the delivery of an efficient and effective service and contribution to people and culture objectives.

The senior people advisor identifies to resolve people management issues through training coaching and other appropriate interventions.

The People Team at SShakespeare's Globe works to deliver an effective and professional people service and to ensure that colleagues at the Globe have excellent employee experience.

The team delivers payroll services, maintains HR systems and processes whilst delivering our People Plan, ensuring that the Globe attracts, retains, and develops a workforce that thrives in an inclusive working environment.

Our team is flexible and response to the changing needs of the organisation and works collaboratively with colleagues across the Globe to deliver high-impact programmes that champion equity, belonging and positive wellbeing for all our colleagues.
