Events Executive - German / English Speaker

Large Scale B2B Conferences & Exhibitions

London, hybrid working 3 days office / 2 days home

Base salary up to £30,000+ Benefits


We're hiring an English and German speaking early career graduate to join the events team of an established global B2B media and events company to support with invite only audience and exhibitor acquisition for their successful large scale telecoms conference & exhibition held in Germany.


What Will You Be Doing?


This early career events role is perfect for an English and German Speaking Graduate with office based work experience looking to develop a career in business events.

Within this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and confirming senior professionals to attend the event and identifying and securing exciting Start-up companies to exhibit on-site at the event.


You will be tasked with:

  • Identifying, connecting with and securing relevant startup companies to join the event as an exhibitor.
  • Identifying and making contact with senior business leaders to invite them to attend events as a VIP.
  • You will benefit from being given lots of information to work from and also have the opportunity to source organisations & professionals you feel would benefit from exhibiting/attending the event.

Who Are You?
To be considered for this position you will be:

  • A graduate with a good degree (2:1/1st)
  • Fluent in English and German languages
  • Organised with excellent time management skills
  • A collaborative and positive team player
  • Have creative and innovative business ideas
  • As you will be working on big events you need resilience, commitment, motivation and determination to achieve your goals
  • A self starter that can create and maximise opportunities
  • Be capable of working to deadlines and targets in a busy environment
  • Mature with a professional approach to business and able to manage the responsibilities this role requires.
