We are recruiting a Funding Administrator to join our Corporate Funding team to provide administrative support to this vital team.
- Ensure all existing data on Salesforce is correct through regular audits
- Produce KPI reports to support organisational and financial targets and to highlight particular successes/issues/trends
- Work closely with the Head of Funding & Contracts and the Fundraising Manager to craft the agendas of Team meetings
- Prepare and ensure the administration and smooth running of the Funding meetings and followups
- Respond and prepare correspondence, collate information and write letters and reports for relevant stakeholders.
We are looking for someone to work 15 hours per week and are really flexible to consider a number of different working patters to suit you.
Initially being based in the office would be a fantastic way for you to learn about our complex organisation and meet the wide range of stakeholders you will be interacting with regularly.
However, we are really supportive of hybrid working once established in the role.About You
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in busy office environment as an Administrator, Personal Assistant or possibly already working in fundraising.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be well presented with the ability to be professional at all times; experience of, or an appreciation of how to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately within a data protection framework would be ideal.
It would be highly beneficial if you had your own transport and were able to travel to attend meetings across Nottinghamshire if required.
