Job Summary:

We are looking for a proficient and enthusiastic Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform land surveys, gather and interpret data, and produce precise maps and reports.

You will also specialise in conducting measured building surveys using 3D laser scanners to capture detailed and accurate representations of buildings.

Experience is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided in CAD software, surveying techniques, and data management.

This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance work from both our office and your home.

Responsibilities:

Carry out land surveys using a variety of surveying instruments and tools, including 3D laser scanners for measured building surveys.
Analyse survey data to generate accurate maps and detailed reports.
Use CAD software to develop plans and drawings under supervision until proficient.
Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure survey precision.
Calculate and measure to ascertain property boundaries.
Keep detailed records of all survey data and related documents.
Help prepare legal property descriptions and land title documents.
Keep abreast of the latest industry developments and surveying technology.
Adapt to a flexible work schedule, combining officebased and remote work as part of our hybrid model.

Experience:

Experience in surveying is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
A keen interest in surveying techniques, equipment, and tools, including 3D laser scanning.
Willingness to learn CAD software.
Good organisational and data management skills.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints once trained.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
