Description
Kingswood Group are delighted to once again be working with a large organisation in East London to recruit a purchase ledger assistant on a temporary basis.
Duties within the role will include:
- Entry of invoices on the payment system, including authorisation and checking of coding.
- Weekly payment runs
- Supplier and control account reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Communication with Suppliers and dealing with any queries
Have an excellent eye for detail and be able to work quickly and accurately through a high volume of purchase invoices on a daily basis.
They should be able to manage and prioritise their workload to meet deadlines as well as having excellent communication skills working within the team and speaking with suppliers.
