This opportunity is for a recruiter who would love to be a pioneer of what conscious, heart-centred recruitment is. The Dream Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting in-house as well as for external clients.

The Dream Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting individuals who are both happy and highly progressed in their inner way of relating to the world and their outer way of relating to success in life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit people who are heartcentred, have a high level of consciousness for companies such as companies that provide AI solutions which help humanity discover consistent happiness through AI mentors and coaches
• Build our team of specialist, heartcentred recruiters
