Accounts Assistant
Our client, a well-established local company are in search of an experienced
Accounts Assistant to join their team.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Work with the accounts department
  • Preparation of Purchase orders and distribution for authorisation
  • Filing of invoices and dealing with any queries
  • Assisting with the maintenance of sales ledger
  • Raising monthly sales invoices
  • Responsible for all cash received records, ensuring all monies received
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with month end reports
  • Posting monthly sales transactions
  • VAT returns
  • Support finance team with any other duties
  • A least 1 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • High level of numeracy skill
  • Ability to manage workload
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must have excellent Microsoft skills including Outlook & Excel

£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dungannon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
