We are recruiting for an Administration Coordinator to join Durham University on a temporary basis until the end of April but with a likely extension.
Hybrid working 35 hour per week Monday to Friday 9am - 5pmGeneral responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to senior members of University staff, including heads of faculties, departments, colleges as well as external stakeholders.
Maintaining administrative systems for logging, tracking and reporting on business items, making logístical arrangements for meetings, helping prepare draft agendas, collating and publishing meeting materials via an online portal, preparing minute templates,and managing the formal committee record.
