LOCATION:
The Old Inn,
15-25 Main St, Crawfordsburn, Bangor BT19 1JH

SALARY:
£11.42 per hour moving to £12.42 per hour after 6 months.

About the role:

As Housekeeping Assistant, you will join a dedicated hard-working team and ensure all hotel accommodations and public areas are clean and tidy ready for our visiting guests.

The successful applicants will have hard-working attitudes, a keen eye for detail, and most importantly, enjoy working as part of a team.

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:

Cleaning and servicing the Hotel including rooms and all public areas as directed by Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Manager.
Complete tasks such as making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures plus a variety of other cleaning tasks.
Using disinfectants and steamoperated sterilizers.
Adhering to all safety and personal protective equipment, practices, and procedures.
Working within the guidelines of Health, Safety, Fire, and Hygiene operatives to ensure all staff and guests are safe at all times.
Maintaining clear, efficient communication with the reception team ensuring rooms and public areas are serviced in a timely fashion ready for our hotel guests.
