Marketing Events Program Manager

  • London (Onsite)
  • 12 Months
- £50-£55 ph PAYE


A global technology company are looking for an experienced Marketing Events Program Manager to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment.


Responsibilities:


  • Program Management in global markets
  • Program coordination and support
  • Leading the logistics and management of all events
  • Leading the external communications and event enrolment
  • Running of the events (speakers, content development, event programming, delivery and follow ups)
  • Closing event
  • Managing/ scheduling
  • Management/ scheduling of the external training
  • Supplier management
  • Workshop enrolment and logistics
  • Broader Marketing/ Comms strategy
  • Internal stakeholder management
  • External stakeholder management

Skills/ Experience:

  • Agency, Marketing/ Events or Project Management experience
  • Self
- motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable in ambiguous situations

  • Exceptional written/ oral commincation skills
  • Outstanding organisational qualities
  • Extremely proactive
  • Proficient across a range of digital platforms
- e.g. MailChimp

  • Experience with survey tools
  • Adobe InDesign/ Illustrator/Photoshop experience preferred
  • Experience working for matrixed organisations and ability to win the support of key internal and external stakeholders
