Miller Knight are looking to recruit a Technical Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced business, which has experienced substantial growth and has exciting plans for future development.

The role will involve assisting our Technical and Design Team in carrying out their day to day activities including duties such as creating technical detail packs for our upcoming projects, co-ordinating and managing technical queries and changes as they happen on site, including communicating with our delivery team, our external designers, our product manufacturers and our client.

The role will also include visiting schemes, both live and upcoming, to carry out surveys and inspections of works.

The ideal applicant will be a highly motivated, reliable individual who has good analytical and communication skills along with a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications & Skills

Attention to detail
Excellent numeracy skills (Minimum GCSE Maths Grade 5 / C)
Good IT literacy skills
Good communication skills (Minimum GCSE English Grade 5 / C)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
