Job Summary


The Global Client Insight Lead will play a critical central role leading and coordinating the delivery of strategic insights for our international client base further cementing our position as an insights driven organisation that is the envy of the industry.


Working as a pivot between global client teams and local markets, this role will lead efforts to provide critical sources of insight from Havas local markets and appropriate market research studies and in turn market leading strategies for our clients.


Job Description:

  • Mission & Responsibilities
Source best in class studies in support of the Intelligence Phase of the Media Experience (Mx) system identifying, coordinating and supplying insight including, but not limited to:

  • Media landscapes and trend analysis
  • global, market, audience
  • Local cultural moments / events / opportunities (local holidays, key political/sporting/entertainment events, etc)
  • Local tech & innovation opportunities
  • Trends e.g. fashion/music/influencers /luxury
  • Competitive spend analysis
  • Partner with international client teams to address insight needs with relevant, actionable recommendations for studies, identifying and coordination from either local markets or ad hoc studies.
  • Provide governance in our ways of working, rollingup requirements to cut out the duplication and minimise inefficiencies.
  • Formulate powerful presentations highlighting results to provide strong insights and the basis therefore for excellent client strategies
  • Vendor management local market vendors / vendor sense check / opportunity mining
  • Lead for specific global client requests (e.g. JDE Meaningful Brands + Health tracker)
  • Actively contribute to new business pitches, developing solid insights and playing an active role in turning these into strategies
Key regions are focus are EMEA, US and APAC (China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Australia)

  • Experience
10 years plus professional experience in insight gained in media, brand, consultancy or market research

  • Strong familiarity with brand insights and measurement frameworks.
