Salary:
£32,925 - £36,045 per annum

As a HR and Payroll Data Specialist, you will be the backbone of our HR department, ensuring seamless data management within the Every HR system.

Your responsibilities will include meticulously inputting, approving, and guaranteeing the accuracy of HR-related contract changes. You will collaborate closely with payroll contacts, addressing queries promptly, and maintaining the highest standards of data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Inputting, approving, and ensuring accuracy of HRrelated contract changes
Collaborating with payroll contacts and addressing queries effectively
Maintaining data quality within the Every HR system
Supporting the implementation and success of HR policies and initiatives
Serving as a crucial link between HR practices and the Every HR system

Requirements:

Previous experience in HR and/or payroll data management
Proficiency in using HR systems, preferably Every HR
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced educational environment
