Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide a proactive approach to sales administration, focusing on supporting sales team with general administration
  • Keeping reportable statistics and trackers uptodate, and providing reports to head of department on sales performance
  • Ensuring all information about sites in sales pipeline are kept consistent and up to date
  • Collaborating with sales support team and sales department heads to ensure the sales team is running as effectively as possible
  • Complete necessary administrative work including compiling reports, updating documentation for sales team, data input and management within our client relationship management system
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and collaborate to create solutions and identify opportunities to streamline

Qualifications

  • GCSE /A-Level

Skills/ Experience

  • Significant experience in an administrative role and working to deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi
- task

  • Confident in using MS Office and experience using CRMs
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel (Essential)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills (Essential)
  • Ability to work well under pressure (Essential)
  • Able to effectively multitask and prioritize workload (Essential)
  • Team player, positive attitude

Salary
- £25k
