Description

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
• Collaborate with clients to determine their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Read blueprints and specifications to understand the layout of plumbing systems
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning drains and replacing worn parts

Experience:

• Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Proficient in carpentry
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and power tools
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Trusting and team player

• Plumbing: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
• Driving Licence (required)
• City & Guilds (preferred)
