Office Angels have partnered with a market-leading insurance and aftercare company who are seeking a Telesales Executive to join their expanding team.

This family run business can offer a brilliant package alongside the opportunity to join a fun office whohold team socials and charity days.

Role:
Telesales Executive

Salary & Benefits:
Up to £23,000pa + uncapped bonus (high achievers earning over £40,000pa) + 22 days holidays plus bank holidays, free parking, cycle to work scheme & more

Location:
Reading, RG30

Hours:
Monday to Friday (4 days working 9am-5:30pm & 1 day working 10:30am-7pm) plus 1 Saturday per month | 40 hours per week

Contract:
Permanent

Duties:

Follow up on enquiries submitted on the company website
Advise customer on the range of products and services available
Gain a good understand of company products in order to effectively promote the benefits
Closing sales & updating the internal systems in an accurate and timely manner

What you will need to succeed:

Previous experience in sales role is required for this role, a distinct advantage if you have worked within the insurance industry previously
Customer focused with the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Experience utilising CRM's / sales databases
