About the role:


As one of our Bank Retail Assistants, you will undertake a range of retail activities to ensure efficient trading and to maximise income and profit.

You will deliver and implement a high standard of customer service at all times, liaising with retail staff on-site including drivers and volunteers.


To be successful you will need to be customer focused, reliable, able to work well within a team with a personable and friendly approach.

You will be covering staff annual leave, sickness and additional cover when business demands.

Hours will be given on an as-and-when required basis. Availability needed from Monday to Sunday.

What we are looking for:

As a Retail Assistant you will be customer service and satisfaction driven.

We are looking for someone experienced to join the team, who ideally has had previous experience working in the charity sector.

You will also have a working knowledge of Health and Safety, Manual Handling and Trading Standards regulations.

There will be some till and IT based duties required as part of the role so a good basic knowledge of IT will be beneficial.
