An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Safeguarding Adult Specialist Practitioner at Southport and Ormskirk NHS Trust. The Safeguarding Adults team are looking for a highly motivated individual to join this established team.

The Specialist Practitioner will support the Named Nurse for Safeguarding Adults to ensure that the organisation meets its statutory responsibilities to safeguard adults at risk associated with the Care Act 2014.

This will include supporting the Named Nurse to deliver our duties for the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and and the Prevent agenda.
