This role is office based, Monday to Friday.

Our client is an amazing charitable organisation who have supported many families locally over the years.

You will be joining a team of 4 in HR and have plenty of opportunity to learn and grow in your role, whilst being supported by dedicated colleagues.


Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Advising and guiding line managers on best practice when dealing with a wide range of HR issues
  • Working with line managers to create job descriptions, posting them to various websites and sitting in on panel interview processes
  • Dealing with a wide range of employee relations issues, from sickness to AWOL
  • Working with the Head of HR on a variety of projects and rolling these out across the charity
  • Becoming a trusted advisor within the organisation

Profile
The ideal HR Advisor will have the following skills/qualities:

  • Experience in HR generalist role
  • High computer literacy including advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, reporting from HRIS
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy whilst achieving timescales
  • Well organised and effective team member that can work under own initiative to deliver objectives
  • CIPD Level 5

Job Offer
A salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience. This is an office based role.
