A permanent position has become available in our Head office based in Bridgend for an Administration Assistant Tuesday-Thursday 15 hours per week- Answer telephone and direct calls as appropriate
- Schedule meetings
- Develop reports as requested
- Perform research as needed
- Maintain filing system
- Invoice support
- General paper work
- Documentation inputting
- Word, Excel
- Create and reconcile the reports
- Attention to detail
- Proof reading
Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
Understanding of office management systems, Administrative experience, Strong time management skills, Knowledge of general administration procedures, Ability to multitask is important, Problem-solving skills, Strong organisational skills, Written communication skills, Strong attention to detail, Verbal communication skills, Ability to deal with all members of an organisation, Professional and friendly demeanour.

Salary:
Up to £10.41 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
