Express Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf an industry leading and award-winning engineering consultancy based in Nottingham.

Due to continuous shareholder investment and financial growth, our client is now seeking a Manual Software Tester to join their talented team.

In return you'll receive a competitive salary of up to c£40,000 per annum D.O.E, with additional benefits such as remote working, a pension scheme, annual bonus, healthcare and wellbeing scheme, and internal training courses and progression opportunities

Roles & Responsibilities

Full oversight of testing, including planning, designing and executing tests
Document and communicate all testing developments and progress
Identify any technical issues Act as a primary contact for escalated technical enquiries or issues
Log, track and submit detailed reports for any/all bugs found
Work within an Agile/SCRUM project environment
Support the wider Development/QA teams to advise on most suitable tools and tech

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in both Manual and Automation testing essential
Microsoft SQL Database, Windows OS/Server, and Azure/DevOps experience desirable
Experience using Postman API testing tool
Familiarity with HTML and CSS languages
Knowledge of T-SQL beneficial
Experience working within a project, Agile/SCRUM environment
