Fixed term/secondment opportunity at band 6 level in the obstetric post anaesthetic care unit in AMH - 4 months.**A very rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced PACU practitioner to undertake a 4 month secondment/fixed term contract as Team Leader in obstetric post anaesthetic care.

You must be resilient and prepared to work with senior management to implement a strategy that involves, but is not limited to, the recruitment and retention of staff, rolling out new guidelines, ensuring new starts complete their induction and competencies in a timely manner and anything else that will motivate and inspire current team members.
