Ridleys Coaches Ltd is a large family-owned coach provider based in Warwick operating throughout the UK & Europe. We are currently seeking two Transport Schedulers to join our team.

The Role:

As a scheduler, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of our well-maintained fleet of coaches.

You will play a key part on ensuring the daily scheduled transport plan is achieved economically with the needs of our customers in mind, following EU driver's hour regulations.

Training to our bespoke system will be available.

Good Geographical knowledge
Good Knowledge of EU Drivers hours regulations and compliance.
Previous experience within the transport industry
PCV Licence would be advantageous, but not essential.
Work well in a fast paced and everchanging work environment.

Working Hours:

The successful applicates standard office operation hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 and 06:00 to 13:00 every other Saturday, however flexible approach may be necessary.

You will be required to operate an out of hours phone to provide first line support for emergency calls from staff within the UK and Europe outside of office hours, this is on a rotation schedule between the whole operations team.
