Band ANNEX 21, Band 6 Rising to Band 7 on Completion of ACP Training:

Significant post registration experience required which should include experience in an acute environment and/or experience in the community.

As part of the team you will provide central core knowledge, skills and competencies, supporting a range of clinical activities essential to the care of patients in a GP setting as well as community hospitals, care homes, and patients in their own homes in the Scottish Borders.

You will be an experienced clinical practitioner who will provide leadership, clinical support and advice to nursing and junior medical staff acting as the first point of contact for wards seeking clinical advice and assistance.

It is essential you are a Registered Adult Nurse with substantial post registration experience at a senior level. Independent prescribing would be advantageous.

Post is Band 6 rising to Band 7 on completion of training.
