Responsibilities:
- Create and manage new accounts.
- Work closely with the recruitment consultants, lead generation staff, and compliance team.
- Target highvalue prospects for business development activities.
- Building strong rapport with NHS clients.
- Contacting clients daily to obtain new shifts/roles
- Effective and appropriate use of job boards/advertising of requirements
- Working with internal departments to ensure efficient work practices.
- To be the primary contact for the client and to be responsible for client satisfaction. Business Development identify and establish new clients
- Account Management building relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
