Quickie Divorce Limited is further expanding and looking for a sales advisor to join the new enquiries team.

The team deals with inbound and outbound calls which are generated via online marketing. There is no cold calling involved, every client who calls or you call is interested in the services. Your job will be to work out what the client wants and needs then discussing and advising them accordingly.

The sales team work to conversion-based targets to achieve both a personal and team targets monthly resulting in high bonuses.

All sales and divorce training is provided, and the company maintains a good manager to staff ratios, with support frameworks in place to ensure staff development is continuously improved and tailored to individual needs.

Terms of employment are:

• 40 hours per week; Between Mon-Fri 9am 5.30pm with 1 shift 12:30pm 9.00pm and 10am 2pm Saturday times per month).
• 28 holiday days per year, this includes bank holidays.
• A permanent contract is given, following a successful 6month probation review.
• The salary for this role is minimum wage with department earnings between £22,000 to £38,000 with bonus.
