Service Advisor


We are looking for a hard-working and attentive individual who will be our front of house in a busy garage workshop environment.


Role duties include:
- greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- taking bookings for jobs
- organising parts & keeping up with stock level
- advising customers of costs and important information relating to their vehicle


As Service Advisor it will be your duty to liaise between customers and the workshop technicians to ensure the best service is given.

Previous workshop experience and knowledge of the trade is essential.

Available to start straight away.


Salary:
£500.00-£600.00 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Middlesbrough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- service advisor: 3 years (required)
