Shared Services Administrator

Permanent, Full Time 35 hours per week

Newcastle upon Tyne

£22,500 per annum


This is an exciting time at Newcastle United as we look for talented individuals to help us on our journey.

To help us deliver on our plans we have a fantastic opportunity for a Shared Services Administrator to join our Payroll and Reward team.


Being part of our wider People and Talent team, you'll help us to maintain an efficient and effective shared services function.

As our Shared Services Administrator, you'll provide first line support for both internal and external Payroll, Reward, Employment Checks and HR related queries and be the first point of contact for our NUFC family, supporting their employee journey.


You will co-ordinate and manage the process for all pre-employment checks, including right to work checks and work permit monitoring, along with all leaver and data changes to all internal People and Talent systems.

You will also create and produce monthly reports.


You will have worked within a shared services environment and have excellent knowledge of HR and payroll processes, and ideally have a current HR or payroll qualification.

You will have an excellent eye for detail and able to produce high quality work. You'll be a confident communicator who can build relationships across all levels of the business.
