Sympathetically refurbished and extended using traditional local stone Tallington Lodge is an integral part of the community in the pretty village of Tallington in Lincolnshire.

Spread over 2 floors to accommodate the separate needs of our residents, the whole home has recently undergone a complete luxury refurbishment.

Each part of our home has been thoughtfully designed to be exactly that - a home.

For our residents who are independent, it is a place to live as they would normally, with the comfort of 24-hour care and added pleasure of company (and no chores).


Wellbeing Co-Ordinator

Hours of Work 9am - 5pm

30 Hours per week

Do you have a creative flare & want to make a difference everyday?


We are looking for a wellbeing Co-Ordinator with creative falre and out-of-the box thinking to organise, run events and activities for our residents.

From pumpkin-carving, to budding gardening, crafts and more - no two days will ever be the same as you support our residents to try new things and ensure they feel connected with the wider community.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


  • Organise varied activities within the Home to cater for a variety of interests and life stories for individuals, small groups and large numbers of residents.
  • Meet targets set out to improve our resident's lives which includes getting to know every resident through our 'Resident of the Day' programme
  • Work together with other local community groups and the wider local area.
  • Bring fun, ideas, and energy into our residents' lives Inspire others through great relationships, to deliver a range of thoughtprovoking wellbeing ideas
  • Coordinate a wide range of trips & experiences within the local area for small groups & individuals
  • Arrange key events throughout the year, such as seasonal celebrations & charity events

ABOUT YOU


We are looking for someone who is friendly, welcoming, and entertaining, and would ensure all activities are appropriate for all residents.


  • An understanding of care sector would be advantageous
  • Have a friendly & caring attitude
  • Good planning & development skills
  • Able to engage well with the residents and their families
  • Be proactive, passionate, and supportive team player, with experience of maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
  • You will be going out and about, networking, planning activities and with residents therefore having access to your own vehicle with business Insurance is essential
