• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Plan the progress of construction activities and provide guidance to workers as needed
• Undertake Site inspections and adhere to client procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Site Diaries, Plant Returns and look ahead material orders

• Proven experience in a supervisory role for water authorities
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Must display excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage resources and prioritise tasks
