Summary of the Art Director role

You will be an idea hungry creative with an eye for how to execute them brilliantly, you'll have an obsessive passion for creativity and a relentless passion to originate industry-leading ideas across all channels of communication.

As an Art Director you'll work on creative projects across several clients and new business opportunities. Inspiring colleagues and clients by challenging traditional thinking, pushing the boundaries of creativity and proactive thought leadership.

Some responsibilities of the Art Director role will include

Work closely with creative leads and other art directors during project kickoffs to generate strong concepts across all channels of communication from the initial briefing
Take a more leading role in creative projects within delivery requirements working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation
Ensure solutions are realised and delivered to the highest quality of creative standards
Work on creative pitches for the agency and help build the creative portfolio of clients
Help inspire a creative culture across IMA-HOME
