We currently have a position available for a Scheduling Advisor within our Operations Department. The role summary is to provide professional, efficient customer service and technical advice to our customers and installation engineers.
Job Summary
Responsible for the booking service and installations calls for our engineers and customers across the UK.
A Scheduling Advisor you will be in contact with new and existing customers providing a first-class service in assisting them with queries as well as liaising with engineers to book repairs, installations, maintenance and upgrades of our products.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities
To be first point of contact for customers over the phone with regards to delivery and service call queries
Carry out fault diagnostics over the phone or online about our products when required
Dealing with a number of calls regarding general enquiries
Produce all relevant paperwork required which will allow installation teams to complete deliveries
Scanning all paperwork required to ensure accurate recording
To create/generate invoices on products sold by self or engineers including chargeable remedials
Maintain customer files in line with Company Policies
Showing empathy and understanding towards our customers
Respond to incoming calls in a professional manner and provide a high quality service to our valued customers
To work closely with all other departments and the engineer/delivery teams
To have good geographical understanding of the UK
To complete any tasks delegated
To undertake any other duties as deemed necessary
To Ensure we all comply with the current Health and Safety Legislation
Shift Patterns:
Monday to Friday between the core hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm with an hour for lunch and 1 in every 5 Saturdays between the hours of 09:00-14:00 (Can be done remotely)
Shifts:
08:00-16:00
09:00- 17:00
10:00-18:00
Salary:
From £20,500.00 per year
