With over 50 years in the business Neil Shacklock Plumbing, Heating & Electrical have a vacancy for an Apprentice Estimator to join our busy new build department.

You will be responsible for providing full support to an experienced Estimator

You will be expected to complete all college work associated with the apprenticeship to gain a Business Administrator Advanced Level 3 qualification, whilst training in house to gain the skills to become an Estimator

You will be required to carry out a variety of administration tasks including:

Filing
Photocopying
Invoice checking to purchase order
Gather proposals, specifications and related documents to prepare work to be estimated
General office admin
Answering calls on reception loop
Build good relationships with suppliers and site managers.
GCSE English & Maths grade 4 or above
IT Skills essential
Good communication skills
A keen interest for progression to become an Estimator
