Are you an experienced Head Of Sales looking for a new role? If so, I have a fabulous opportunity.


Are you someone with experience in?

  • Leading and building up sales teams
  • Hospitality or Events/Catering/ Meetings experience in a BD/Operational setting
  • Developing annual sales strategies and agreeing targets/KPIs
  • Proactive & reactive sales
  • Sales operations
  • Delivering on the agreed targets made in those strategies
  • Acquiring new clients and strengthening existing business
  • Developing annual marketing strategies/assisting the marketing team
  • Negotiation and preparation of contracts and services reflecting client's needs and wants

Key duties and experience:


  • Lead the sales teams to achieve maximum profitability and growth
  • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base
  • Contribute to the personal development of colleagues and ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Maintaining existing relationships with clients and their expectations
  • Bringing on new business for the company
  • Work with the Marketing Coordinator to deliver more customers to our venues
  • Develop an annual sales strategy that ensures attainment sales goals and profitability
  • Agree sales targets for each month; plan, organise and direct sales administrators to meet sales objectives
  • Provide monthly Business Development reports to the senior team
