Facilities & HSE Coordinator based in
Milton Keynes for a growing manufacturing company.

Job Location:
Milton Keynes, hybrid 2 days at home

Type of Contract:
Permanent, Full time

Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday

The role _

As the
Facilities & HSE Coordinator your role will involve the following important duties:

Management of Supplier base, audits and cost control.
Act as the main point of contact for all maintenance issues onsite.
Provide comparative quotes and raise purchase orders for approval.
Liaise directly with contractors regarding welfare facilities, maintenance and servicing.
Security and fire checks and meter readings.
Coordinate external audits, inspections for asbestos, legionella control, equipment testing and more.
Carry out inductions and training of new starters.
Complete risk assessments.

The experience required _

As a successful
Facilities & HSE Coordinator, you will have the following:

Previous facilities management experience including Legionalle control, Asbestos Management and building maintenance.
HSE experience working to IOSH standards.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience leading and training a team.
Strong IT skills with experience using Excel.
