We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Cannock.

This role will require you to participate in an on-call rota.

What you'll do:

  • Receive incoming enquiries and prepare detailed and accurate quotations
  • Maximise and sell Aggreko's full range of equipment offering customers the best solution
  • Coordinate the sales processes from quotation through to order responsible for the whole sales life cycle
  • Work to sales plans and be proactive in your approach
  • New Business Calls for example Previous, Lapsed, and Framework customers
  • Work closely with Field Sales Representatives, Operations and potential customers
  • Maintain and maximise recoveries ensuring set KPI's are achieved
  • Qualified complex requirements and pass to Sector Sales Team Leaders or Managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with "transactional" customers, taking a consultative sales approach
  • Actively use a CRM system for managing pipeline and activity
  • Create and maintain relationships at key levels with internal and external sales representatives

You'll have the following skills and experience:
You will have experience working in a sales environment with a track record of developing new business. You will be capable of building strong relationships. You will be proactive, forward thinking and be able to think outside the box. Exposure to using a CRM system is a huge benefit to this role but training can be provided.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to develop stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across wider teams.

You will need to be able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time, and to a high level of quality and accuracy, with strong attention to detail.
