A position has arisen for a temporary Administrator placed within a highly reputable health care organisation situated in Hertfordshire.

This role takes responsibility for all the administration support on the Transport Services Team for a contract lengthof 3 months with the possibility of an extension.


Your duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Transport Services Team
  • Dealing with the day to day telephone call/enquiry support
  • Operating and best managing the vehicle location system
  • Delivering appropriate GPS information and translating that data to ensure an effective transport service provision
  • Inputting all booking requests and allocating the most appropriate to user requirements
  • Ensure all documents are organised in an effective manner within the department
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  • You must have experience using Excel, Word and other databases
  • Experience working within a similar role in a commercial environment
