The Role:

Within the Bodyshop Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Supervising and motivating a team of automotive bodyshop operatives.
  • Review daily tasks and ensure that the team are meeting the targets and KPI's.
  • Ensure that the work is being completed to a high standard.
  • You will be supporting HR With managing staff absences, approving holidays, managing staff meetings, reviewing staff performances and skills testing any potential new starters.
  • Complete daily reports for the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure that your team are complying with H&S regulations.

What kind of person we are looking for?:

  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Bodyshop experience is essential.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
  • Must be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office
  • Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
