Are you looking to gain experience as a Youth Support Worker where you can positively impact the lives of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities? Or perhaps you are ready for your next role in education.
A Special Educational Needs school are seeking to appoint a Youth Support Worker to work on a 1:1 basis with learners who have SEN and can sometimes display challenging behaviours.
As a Youth Support Worker,
you will ideally have:
- A good standard of education and can identify areas for academic improvement with the learners that you support
- Previous experience in an educational setting is not required but a desire to build your career in this sector would be advantageous
- Focus on helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their best results
- You must be committed, adaptable and an excellent team player
- A calm and patient manner, show empathy and be nonjudgemental

£75.00-£95.00 per day
