Administrative Assistant.
Role and duties:
An opportunity to join a small office-based team at a vehicle adaptations company in a role that encompasses the management of the flow of work into and out of the workshop and the maintenance of customer records.
The role will involve occasional customer-facing duties and telecommunication with customers, car dealers and adaptation manufacturers, so a confident telephone manner is essential.
The ability to manage your own workload and time is key to the role, as is a willingness to work as part of a close-knit team and to support others.
Essential skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word and Outlook.
- Good telephone manner.
- Knowledge of Sage.
Desirable skills:
- Automotive industry knowledge.
- Clean driving licence.
- Accountancy skills.
Salary:
From £18,000.00 per year
